摘要

目的：观察养阴活血通络汤治疗阴虚血瘀型稳定期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将60例阴虚血瘀型稳定期支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组予养阴活血通络汤治疗,对照组予舒利迭吸入剂。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效,比较中医证候积分、肺通气功能(FEV,1,%、FEV,1,/FVC)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的变化情况。结果：①治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为86.67%和66.67%；组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。②组间治疗后比较,治疗组中医证候积分值下降程度比对照组更显著(P,<,0.05)。③组间治疗后比较,治疗组FEV,1,%、FEV,1,/FVC水平显著优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。④组间治疗后比较,EOS计数水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显低于对照组(P,<,0.05)。结论：养阴活血通络汤治疗阴虚血瘀型稳定期支气管哮喘的疗效满意,可显著缓解临床症状,提高肺通气功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Decoction” in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma of yin-deficiency and blood-stasis. MethodsSixty subjects were randomized into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30); the treatment group was given “Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Decoction” and the control group was given treated with seretide, with a course of three months. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, pulmonary function and EOS were assessed before and after treatment. Results:①The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group, with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group(P,<,0.05). ②There was a significant difference in the TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment(P,<,0.05). ③After treatment, the lung function(FEV,1,% and FEV,1,/FVC) was improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the treatment group(P,<,0.05). ④After treatment, the EOS count was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P,<,0.05). Conclusion: “Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Decoction” acts to relieve clinical symptoms and improve lung function in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma of yin-deficiency and blood-stasis.
