摘要

目的：观察糖足方联合西药治疗糖尿病足伴发溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将60例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组在相同西医基础治疗的同时,治疗组加予糖足方冲剂,对照组加予安慰剂颗粒。两组疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效,比较溃疡大小、糖代谢指标(FPG、2hPG、HbA1C)和炎症相关指标(WBC、Hs-CRP、D-葡聚糖)的变化情况。结果：①治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为86.67%和73.33%；组间临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。②组间治疗后比较,溃疡的长径与短径差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。③组间治疗后比较,2hPG、WBC、Hs-CRP及D-葡聚糖水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组降低程度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论：糖足方联合西药治疗糖尿病足伴发溃疡有较好疗效,可有效控制炎症反应,促进溃疡愈合。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Tangzu Formula” on diabetic foot ulcers. MethodsSixty cases of diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30). Besides the same conventional treatment, the treatment group was given oral “Tangzu Formula”, and the control group was given oral placebo granule, with a course of one month. The clinical efficacy, areas of ulcers, and WBC, Hs-CRP, D-glucan and FPG, 2hPG and HbA1C were observed. Results:①The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group, with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). ②After treatment, there were significant differences in the long and short diameters between the two groups(P<0.05). ③After treatment, there was statistical significance in 2hPG, WBC, Hs-CRP and D-glucan between the two groups(P<0.05), with lower levels in treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: “Tangzu Formula” with western medicine is effective in treating diabetic foot ulcers by inhibiting inflammatory reaction and promoting ulcer healing.
