摘要

介绍石氏伤科治疗膝骨关节炎的临床经验。认为本病具有“本痿标痹、痹痿并存、先痹后痿、痹痿互转”的病机特点；在临床方面坚持“内外同治,标本兼顾,筋骨并重,以筋为主”的指导思想,主张“气血兼顾,内合肝肾；逐瘀为要,调治兼邪,独重祛痰”的论治特色。并举效验方药及验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces and summarizes the experience with differentiation and treatment of knee osteoarthritis in Shi’s Traumatology. It is argued that knee osteoarthritis is due to flaccidity and/or obstruction in pathogenesis; its treatment focuses on internal and external intervention, and sinew and bone by regulating qi and blood, nourishing liver and kidney, dissolving bloodstasis and removing phlegm. One proven case was presented.
