摘要

综述中药治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用机制研究进展。中药治疗激素性股骨头坏死机制主要表现在促进骨形成、抑制骨破坏、调节脂质代谢、改善血液流变学状态、促进血管修复及再生、改善高凝状态及低纤溶状态、改善血管内皮细胞受损功能等方面。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research of mechanism of action and research progress of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of steroid induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head function to promote bone formation, inhibit bone destruction, regulate lipid metabolism, improve blood rheology, promote blood vessel repair and regeneration, improve high coagulation, low fibrinolysis and endothelial cell damage.
