This paper discusses medical source and main treatment of Qianyang Fengsui Dan. Through 3 proven cases of acne, eczema and psoriasis we analyze Professor Huang Xiangwu’s experience in treating dermatosis on head and face. Professor Huang thoughts that Qianyang Fengsui Dan mainly used for syndromes of deficient yang with upper manifestation and kidney water with deficiency cold .etc, meanwhile during the clinical syndrome differentiation we should pay attention to the distinction between “deficiency fire” and “excess fire”.
