摘要

目的：观察补血活血方对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能和肝纤维化的影响。方法：将166例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组(80例)和观察组(86例)。对照组给予甘草酸二铵治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合补血活血方口服。治疗3个月,观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能和肝纤维化指标变化情况。结果：①观察组总有效率为93.02%,对照组为81.25%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)；②治疗后,两组肝功能指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；③治疗后,两组肝纤维化指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：补血活血方治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切,具有保护肝功能、抑制肝纤维化作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of “Buxue Huoxue Decoction” on liver function and hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 186 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into observation group (86 cases) and control group (80 cases). The control group was given diammonium glycyrrhizinate, and the observation group was given “Buxue Huoxue Decotion” based on the control group. After 3-month treatments, the clinical efficacy and the indexes of liver function and hepatic fibrosis were observed before and after treatment. Results: ①The total effective rate was 93.02% in the observation group and 81.25% in the control group, with better efficacy in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05); ②After treatment, the indexes of liver function were decreased in both groups(P<0.05), with more significant decrease in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05); ③After treatment, the indexes of hepatic fibrosis were decreased in both groups(P<0.05), with more significant decrease in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: “Buxue Huoxue Decoction” is quite effective for chronic hepatitis, and acts to protect liver function and suppress hepatic fibrosis.
