摘要

目的：观察加味健脾方联合辛复宁治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床疗效。方法：将60例宫颈HPV感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用加味健脾方联合辛复宁治疗,对照组仅予辛复宁。两组均治疗3个疗程,观察临床疗效、HPV转阴率及中医证候变化情况。结果：①观察组、对照组总有效率分别为86.67%、43.33%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。②观察组、对照组宫颈HPV转阴率分别为80.00%、40.00%,观察组HPV转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05)。③观察组治疗后带下量多、带下异味、带下色黄、带下浓稠及总积分均明显减少(P<0.05),对照组各项积分无明显变化(P>0.05)；组间治疗后比较,带下量多、带下异味、带下色黄、带下浓稠及总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：加味健脾方联合辛复宁用于治疗宫颈HPV感染,在提高HPV转阴率及改善中医临床证候方面明显优于单纯应用辛复宁。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effects on cervical HPV infection with Jiawei Jianpi Decoction combined with XinFuNing. Methods60 cases of patients with cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into treating group(treated with Jiawei Jianpi Decoction plus XinFuNing) and control group(treated with XinFuNing only), 30 cases in each group. The treatment period of each group is 3 months, in which observing the clinical efficacy, HPV turning rate and the review of TCM syndrome. Results:①The total effective rate of the treating group(86.67%) is higher than the control group(43.33%)(P<0.05). ②The turning rate of cervical HPV of the treating group(80%) is higher than the control group(40%)(P<0.05). ③The score of the treating group is significantly reduced on the capacity of leucorrhea , the peculiar smell of leucorrhea , the yellow color of leucorrhea and the total score(P<0.05),and at the same time there is no obvious difference in each score of the control group. Compared between groups after treatment, the scores on the capacity of leucorrhea , the peculiar smell of leucorrhea , the yellow color of leucorrhea and the total score of the treating group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effects of Jiawei Jianpi Decoction combined with XinFuNing used in treating cervical HPV infection is significantly more effective on enhancing the turning rate of HPV and improving TCM syndrome than the effects of using XinFuNing only.
