摘要

论述辛开苦降法的内涵及源流,并探讨其在乳腺癌术后的应用体会。认为其可平调寒热、斡旋气机,亦重苦辛为伍,常佐甘药调之,非独中焦之治,临床可辨证施治。

Abstract

This paper discusses the connotation and origin of Xinkai Kujiang therapeutic method and analyzes the clinical experience of inmammary cancer after operation. It is considered that Xinkai Kujiang therapeutic method can regulate cold and heat and mediate qi activity. In clinical practice, Ku and Xin were used as compatibility and assisted with Gan Medicine.
