摘要

介绍蔡小荪主任以分期类方、化瘀为要法治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床经验。认为本病病机特点为血瘀内停,治疗期间应紧扣活血化瘀大法,同时顺应月经周期,分期酌情采用内异Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ方治疗。并附验案2则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Cai Xiaosun’s experience of treating endometriosis with associated prescriptions according to different periods and removing blood stasis. It is believed that blood stasis is the pathogenesis of this disease, so during the treatment period, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is the main method, at the same time, different prescriptions should be used according to endometriosisⅠ, Ⅱand Ⅲ period respectively on the basis of menstrual cycle. 2 proven cases were listed in this paper.
