摘要

围绕《感症宝筏》对中医外感热病证治的归纳,探讨伤寒与温病的关系。从编写体例及内容可以看出,以伤寒体系热病,以六经总诀百病,以寒温纲领证治,《感症宝筏》比较注重临床实际,能够汇通古今变化。书中所提供的框架更加有利于我们把握整个外感热病的临床诊疗。

Abstract

This paper discusses the relationship between typhoid fever and febrile disease in perspective of the induction of febrile disease of TCM in Ganzheng Baofa. From the style and content of Ganzheng Baofa we can find that typhoid fever leading febrile disease, six meridians manipulating different diseases. We think that Ganzheng Baofa pay attention to clinical application and the changes of ancient and the time the author lived. The framework of Ganzheng Baofa is helpful for treating febrile disease in clinical application for us.
