摘要

通过收集、整理刘嘉湘教授门诊诊治肺癌的病历资料,采用数据挖掘技术(BK算法、复杂系统熵网络),从各证型基本方、药物症状关联、组方规律等多角度研究分析相关的理法方药特色,以进一步总结刘嘉湘教授诊治肺癌的经验,为传承名中医临床经验、拓展中医药诊治肺癌的思路提供参考,同时为采用数据挖掘方法分析研究名中医处方用药特点开辟新的思路。

Abstract

Through collecting and organizing the medical records of Professor Liu Jiaxiang treating lung cancer and by using data mining technology such as BK algorithom and entropy based complex systems, we study the related principle-method-recipe-medicinal features through such aspects as the basic formula for each TCM syndrome, the relationship between medicine and syndrome, the law of prescription composing. The aim of this study is to summarize and perfect Professor Liu’s experience of treating lung cancer to provide reference for the inheritance of experience of famous doctors and the development of thoughts of treating lung cancer by TCM, and at the same time we expect to open up new ideas for study the feature of drug using of prescriptions of famous doctors by using entropy based complex systems method.
