摘要

目的：观察丹芍疏肝颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：将80例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为2组:治疗组40例给予丹芍疏肝颗粒口服,对照组40例给予阿托伐他汀片口服,疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效、证候评分、血脂和肝功能变化情况。结果：①治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为85.0%,两组临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。②治疗后两组证候评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗后两组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且对照组低于治疗组(P<0.05)；治疗后治疗组ALT、AST和GGT水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：丹芍疏肝颗粒能减轻非酒精性脂肪肝的严重程度,改善脂质代谢,保护肝功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of “Danshao Shugan Granule” for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. MethodsWe selected 80 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients which were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group. The treatment group was treated with “Danshao Shugan granule” and the control group was treated with Atorvastatin Tablets.The period of treatment was 3 months.The clinical efficacy, syndrome score, the changes of blood lipid and liver function were observed in the two groups. Results:①The total effective rate of the treatment and control groups were 90.0% and 85.0% respectively, and there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups (P>0.05). ②After treatment,the symptom score was obvious reduced in the treatment and control group compared with those before treatment(P<0.05) . ③After the treatment, the levels of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride were obviously decreased than before(P<0.05)and the level of control group was lower than that of treatment group; ALT, AST and GGT was decreased in the treatment group compared with those before treatment(P<0.05) and lower than that of control group. Conclusion:“Danshao Shugan Granule” has certain therapeutic effect for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and could improve lipid metabolism and protect liver function.
