摘要

目的：观察健脾活血方治疗女性绝经后脂代谢紊乱的临床疗效。方法：将50例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予辛伐他汀片,观察组予健脾活血方。两组疗程均为3个月,观察血脂、性激素及体质量变化情况。结果：治疗前后组内比较,两组TC、TG、LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05),HDL-C差异无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)；组间治疗后比较,TC、LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)。治疗前后组内比较,观察组E,2,水平及体质量差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05),对照组各指标差异均无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)；组间治疗后比较,E,2,水平及体质量差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)。结论：健脾活血方可有效用于治疗女性绝经后的脂代谢紊乱。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of “Jianpi Huoxue Decoction” on treating lipid metabolism disorder after menopause. Methods50 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 in each group. The control group was treated with Simvastatin Tablets and the observation group was treated with “Jianpi Huoxue Decoction”, with 3 months of treatment peoriod. The changes of blood lipid, sex hormone and body weighty were observed. Results:Intra-group comparison before and after the treatment, there was significance in TC, TG and LDL-C(P,<,0.05)but there was no significance in HDL-C(P,>,0.05)；comparsision between groups after treatment, there was significance in TC and LDL-C(P,<,0.05). Intra-group comparison before treatment, there was significance in E,2, level and body weighty in observation group(P,<,0.05), but there was no significance in each index in control group(P,>,0.05); comparsision between groups after treatment, there was significance in E,2, level and body weighty(P,<,0.05). Conclusion:the effect of “Jianpi Huoxue Decoction” on treating lipid metabolism disorder after menopause was satisfactory.
