摘要

介绍疏肝解郁法联合作业疗法辨治精神分裂症后抑郁的临床经验。本病发病多因七情内伤、五志过极所致,拟疏肝解郁法论治,同时结合作业疗法进行精神康复干预,疗效颇佳。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces clinical experience in differentiating and treating past-schizophrenia depression by soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of qi and occupational therapy. It is argued that the disease is caused by seven emotions and overacting of five minds. Past-schizophrenia depression should be treated by soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of qi combined with occupational therapy, and excellent results have been achieved in clinics. One proven case was presented.
