Clinical observation of Chen’s Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy for treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of premature ovarian failure
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chen’s Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of premature ovarian failure. Methods76 cases of patients with premature ovarian kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Chen’s Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy, control group were treated with sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone. Two groups of treatment course were 3 menstrual cycle. The clinical efficacy and safety were observed, the peri menopausal symptom score (Kupperman score) and related follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), LH and estradiol (E,2,) changes were compared. Results:①The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 89.47% and 76.32% respectively; there were statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group (P,<,0.05). ②The Kupperman score in each group was significantly decreased before and after the treatment (P,<,0.05). The difference between the two groups before and after treatment, the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P,<,0.05). ③Before and after treatment, the levels of LH and FSH were significantly lower in the two groups, while the levels of E,2, were significantly increased (P,<,0.05); the level of LH, E,2, and FSH were significantly different between the two groups, the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P,<,0.05). ④The occurrence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P,<,0.05). Conclusion:There are good curative effects of Chen’s Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of premature ovarian failure, and with fewer side effects.
