摘要

目的：观察健复饮联合西地那非治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症伴男性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例；对照组予右归丸联合西地那非,治疗组予健复饮联合西地那非。两组疗程均为2个月,观察阴茎勃起硬度等级、勃起功能评分(IIEF-5)以及迟发性睾丸功能减退症状调查表评分(SILOH)的变化情况。结果：①经治疗2个月后,治疗组阴茎勃起硬度等级达到Ⅲ级以上者22例,对照组为17例；组间治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即治疗组优于对照组。②治疗前后组内比较,两组IIEF、SILOH积分均明显增加(P<0.05)；组间治疗后比较,治疗组IIEF积分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药健复饮联合西地那非治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症伴难治性勃起功能障碍的疗效良好。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Jianfu Yin” with Viagr in the treatment of LOH intractable ED. Methods60 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, 30 in each group. The control group was treated with “Zuogui Pill” combined with Viagr, and the treatment group was treated with “Jianfu Yin” combined with Viagr,both groups with the course of 2 months.The rigidity of penis levels, scores of IIEF-5 scores and SILOH were observed. Results:① After the treatment of 2 months, there were 22 cases reached III level in treatment group and 17 cases in control group; there was significant difference in the comparison of rigidity of penis between the two groups(P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. ② Compared before and after the treatment in each group, the scores of IIEF and SILOH both obviously increased(P<0.05); while compared before and after the treatment between the two groups, score of IIEF in treatment group higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of “Jianfu Yin” with Viagr in the treatment of LOH intractable ED was satisfactory.
