Clinical observation of “Qingying Huayu Granule” in treating acute superficial thrombophlebitis
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of “Qingying Huayu Granule” in treating acute superficial thrombophlebitis. Method 80 patients with acute superficial thrombophlebitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with “Qingying Huayu Granule”, while the control group was treated with Tong Sai Mai Tablet, with the course of 30 days for two groups. The clinical effect and the related biochemical index(WBC, TNF-α, CRP and IL-6) were observed. Results:①The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 92.50% and 80% respectively, and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). ②Compared before and after the treatment, the levels of TNF-α, CRP, and IL-6 were significantly decreased in each group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-αin the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:“Qingying Huayu Granule” was effective on treating superficial thrombophlebitis in acute period, and the possible mechanism is dissolving and reperfusing venous thrombosis by regulating the inflammation coagulation network.
