Objective:To observe the effect of “Qiangli Zengyi Soup” on brain fatigue associated with memory deterioration. Methods152 patients with brain fatigue associated with memory deterioration were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 76 in each group. The treatment group was treated with “Qiangli Zengyi Soup” while the control group was treated with Baizi Yangxin Pills, with the course of 10 weeks for two groups. The clinical effects were detected, and the score of clinical syndrome and the related index of memory were compared.  Results:① The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 93.42% and 82.89% respectively; there was significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05). ②Compared in each group before and after the treatment, each index and total integral in each group were significantly declined, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③Compared in each group before and after the treatment, scores of picture memory, reorganization, association, understanding and remembering, total score and MQ scores were significantly increased in treatment group (P<0.05), while in control group the cores of association, understanding and remembering, total score and degree of MQ score increased significantly(P<0.05). After the treatment, the scors of remember pictures, recognition, total score and degree of MQ score increased more significantly in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).  Conclusion:The clinical effect of “Qiangli Zengyi Soup” on brain fatigue associated with memory deterioration was satisfactory in relieving brain fatigue andstrengthen memory.
