摘要

目的：观察养阴清热活血方对复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)患者细胞因子和血液流变学的影响。方法：将126例RAU患者随机分为观察组(65例)和对照组(61例)；对照组给予西吡氯铵含片治疗,观察组给予西吡氯铵含片和养阴清热活血方治疗,疗程2个月。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后细胞因子、血液流变学指标变化。结果：①观察组总有效率为92.31%,对照组为70.49%；观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后,两组IL-2、INF-γ水平较治疗前上升(P<0.05),IL-6、IL-10水平明显下降(P<0.05)；两组各细胞因子比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗后,观察组血液流变学参数较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：养阴清热活血方可提高RAU临床疗效,这与其调节免疫功能、改善血液流变学有关。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect on cytokines and hemorrheology of Yangyin Qingre Huoxue recipe in treatment of the patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods126 cases of patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into the observation group (65 cases), and the control group (61cases). The control group was treated with Cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets, the observation group was treated with Cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets Yangyin Qingre Huoxue recipe,all of the two groups were treated for 2 months.To observe the cflinical effect and the change of cytokines and hemorrheology of the two groups. Results:①The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.31%, the total efficiency of the control group was 70.49%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); ②After treatment, the levels of IL-2、INF-γ were significantly increased and IL-10、IL-6 were significantly decreased with before,and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);③After treatment, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were decreased (P<0.05) with before, and that was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Yangyin Qingre Huoxue recipe can improve the clinical efficacy of RAU, which may be related to regulation of immune function, improve hemorrheology.
