摘要

目的：观察祛痰清胃方治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法：将80例湿热阻滞型单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为两组,每组40例；对照组给予饮食调控和运动治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予祛痰清胃方治疗,疗程12周。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后体质量、脂肪率和血脂变化情况。结果：对照组总有效率为30.0%,观察组为80.0%；观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者体质量和脂肪率均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TG和TC水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05)；两组TG、TC、HDL-C水平比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：祛痰清胃方治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效确切,可改善血脂代谢。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Qutan Qingwei Decoction” in the treatment of simple obesity of damp-heat accumulation. MethodsEighty subjects were randomized into two groups:control group in which 40 were given dietary control and exercise therapy, and observation group in which 40 cases were given “Qutan Qingwei Decoction” as well as dietary control and exercise therapy, with a course of 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy, body weight and fat rate, and the levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were observed. Results:The overall effective rate was 30.0% in the control group and 80.0% in the observation group, with better efficacy in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the body weight and fat rate were reduced in both group (P<0.05), with more significant reduction in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, in the observation group, the levels of TG and TC were decreased (P<0.05) and the level of HDL-C increased (P<0.05), with more significant improvement in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:“Qutan Qingwei Decoction” is quite effective in the treatment of simple obesity and in improving blood lipids.
