摘要

目的：通过观察盆腔炎方对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症雌性大鼠子宫组织、卵巢组织转化生长因子(transforming growth factor-β,1,TGF-β,1,)及其受体Ⅱ(transforming growth factor-β receptor Ⅱ,TβRⅡ)水平的影响,探讨其治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的机制。方法：将124只SD雌性大鼠随机抽取空白组10只、假手术组10只后造模,造模成功后按体质量随机分为盆炎方高、中、低剂量组,模型组及妇科千金胶囊组各15只。药物干预21天后,采用免疫组化法检测大鼠卵巢、子宫组织TGF-β,1,、TβRⅡ的表达。结果：与空白组和假手术组比较,模型组子宫、卵巢组织TGF-β,1,、TβRⅡ表达均升高,差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.01)。与模型组比较,盆炎方各剂量组和妇科千金胶囊组能不同程度地降低模型大鼠子宫组织、卵巢组织TGF-β,1,及TβRⅡ水平,差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05,P,<,0.01)。盆炎方各剂量组中,以高剂量组的疗效最佳,且与妇科千金胶囊相当。结论：盆炎方可能通过降低盆腔炎性疾病后遗症模型大鼠子宫组织、卵巢组织中粘连修复相关指标TGF-β,1,及TβRⅡ的表达,缓解和消除局部炎症过程,从而治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症。

Abstract

Objective:Through exploring the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine “Penyan Fang” on the expression of transforming growth factor-pi (TGF-β,1,) and its transforming growth factor-β receptor Ⅱ (TβR Ⅱ) in the uterine tissue and ovarian tissue of the female rats with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease to probe the functional mechanism of the “Penyan Fang”. Methods124 SD female rats were treated as the subjects and were randomly extracted 10 female rats as the blank group, 10 female rats as the sham operation group. After making models successfully,rat models were randomly divided into model group for 15 rats,Fuke Qianjin Capsule group for 15 rats,Penyan Fang high, medium and low dose groups for every 15 rats. Observing the change of the uterus tissue morphology under HE dyeing,and using the immunohistochemical method to observe the expressions of TGF-β,1, and TβR Ⅱ of the rats in all groups after drug intervention for 21days. Results:Compared with the blank group and sham operation group, the expression of TGF-β,1, and TβR Ⅱ in the uterine tissue and ovarian tissue of the female rats increased in model group, and there was significant difference between the groups(P,<,0.01). Compared with model group, Fuyan Fang different dose groups and Fuke Qianjin Capsule group could reduce the expression of TGF-β,1, and TβR Ⅱ in the uterine tissue and ovarian tissue of the female rats with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,the difference between them was significant(P,<,0.05,P,<,0.01), the effects of Penyan Fang high dose group were the best, and the effects was equal to Fuke Qianjin Capsule group. Conclusion:Panyan Fang can treat sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease may through decreasing the expression of TGF-β,1, and TβR Ⅱ in the uterine tissue and ovarian tissue and elieving and diminishing local inflammation.
