摘要

腕踝针用于镇痛具有良好疗效。从作用机制、术后镇痛和术后并发症的治疗等方面综述近年来腕踝针在术后镇痛中的临床研究。腕踝针用于术后镇痛能有效降低术后不良反应发生率、减少镇痛药物的应用、提高镇痛有效率和患者满意度,但仍需要在治疗方法的规范性和镇痛药物合用的协同性等方面进一步研究和探讨。

Abstract

Wrist-ankle acupuncture used for analgesia has obtained the good curative effect. The clinical research of the wrist-ankle acupuncture in postoperative analgesia in recent years was summarized from the aspects of mechanism, postoperative analgesia and postoperative complications. Wrist-ankle acupuncture for postoperative analgesia postoperative can effectively reduce the adverse events, reducing the use of analgesic drugs, improve the analgesic effectiveness and patient satisfaction, but still needs regulatory and analgesic drugs in combination therapies synergies and other aspects further research and discussion.
