摘要

介绍万华主任治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的经验和特色。其内治方面以清化痰湿法为主,方选黄连温胆汤；外治结合传统疗法,创立盾构切开法。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Wan Hua’s clinical experience and characteristics in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis. Professor Wan proposed eliminating phlegm and dampness theory and choose “Huanglian WenDan Decoction” as formula. She invented “tunnel-shield incision” surgical approach on the basis of external therapy combines with conventional therapy.
