Objective:To observe the effect of “Tangzu Formula” on latent syndrome of diabetic foot tendon gangrene. Methods66 latent syndrome of diabetic foot tendon gangrene cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 33 in each group. Based on the same basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with “Tangzu formula” for oral, and the control group was treated with placebo granule for oral. 1 month for each group. We observed the changes of TNF-α,Hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-2 and FPG,2hPG,HbA1C.  Results:①Compared in each group before and after the treatment, there was statistic difference in 2 hPG in treatment(P<0.05) while no difference in each index in control group(P>0.05)；② Compared in each group before and after the treatment, there was statistic difference in TNF-α, Hs-CRP, IL-6 in treatment group(P<0.05), while no difference in each index in control group(P>0.05)；Compared between the two groups before and after the treatment, levels of TNF-α, Hs-CRP, IL-6 in treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).  Conclusion:“Tangzu Formula” has some effect on latent syndrome of diabetic foot tendon gangrene, can decrease the index of TNF-α, Hs-CRP, IL-6, etc., which can provide better clinical treatment plan of preparation and maintenance treatment for diabetic foot tendon gangrene.
