Clinical research of “Five Shen Oral Liquid” influence on the Qi Yin deficiency premature ventricular contractions’ heart rate variability
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of “Five Shen Oral Liquid” combined with western medicine in the treatment of Qi Yin deficiency premature ventricular contractions(VPCs). Methods60 cases of Qi Yin deficiency VPCs patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups were both treated with conventional western medicine, the control group was treated with “Sheng Mai Oral Liquid” in addition, and the treatment group was treated with “Five Shen Oral Liquid” in addition. Two groups of treatment for 30 days, observe the comparison of the number of VPCs, TCM syndrome differentiation and the change of heart rate variability parameters. Results:①Before and after the treatment, the number of VPCs of both electro cadiogram and 24 h dynamic electrocadiogram in the two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, there were significant differences in VPCs of both DCG and ECG between the two groups (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the difference of TCM syndrome differentiation was statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, SDNN, SDNNIDX, SDANN and rMSSD levels were significantly different between the two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effectiveness of the “Five Shen Oral Liquid” combined with western medicine in the treatment of Qi Yin deficiency VPCs was satisfied,it can significantly ease the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs, the mechanism might be related to the regulation of the sympathetic and vagal nerve relative balance.
