摘要

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸联合氨氯地平片治疗活动平板试验阳性高血压患者的临床疗效。方法：将146例活动平板试验阳性高血压患者随机分为两组；对照组66例给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组80例给予复方丹参滴丸联合氨氯地平片治疗,疗程4周。观察两组心电图疗效、治疗前后收缩压峰值及心电图活动平板试验指标变化情况。结果：①观察组心电图总有效率为96.25%,对照组为83.33%；两组心电图疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②治疗后两组收缩压峰值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗后两组活动平板试验各指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：复方丹参滴丸联合氨氯地平片治疗活动平板试验阳性高血压疗效确切,且具有心脏保护作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Compound Danshen Dripping Pills” and Amlodipine Tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension with positive electrocardiogram treadmill exercise tests. MethodsOne hundred and forty-six subjects were randomized into two groups:control group in which in which 66 cases were treated with Amlodipine Tablets, and treatment group in which 80 cases were treated with Amlodipine Tablets and “Compound Danshen Dripping Pills”, with a course of four weeks. The electrocardiogram efficacy, peak systolic pressure and the indexes of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise tests were observed. Results:① The total effective rate for electrocardiogram was 96.25% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group, with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). ②After treatment, the peak systolic pressures were reduced in both groups(P<0.05), with lower pressure in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). ③After treatment, the indexes of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise tests were improved in both groups(P<0.05), with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Combined “Compound Danshen Dripping Pills” and Amlodipine Tablets is effective for hypertension and heart protection.
