摘要

介绍应用大柴胡汤治疗顽固性失眠的临证体会。认为顽固性失眠多由肝火旺盛、脾胃郁热所致,而大柴胡汤可舒肝理气、和胃导滞。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This article introduces the experience of Major Bupleurum Decoction for the treatment of Obstinate Insomnia. The major pathogenesis is related with liver-fire excess and stagnation of heat in spleen and stomach,while the decoction has the efficacy of soothing liver,regulating stomach,purging heat and clearing obstruction. The adaptable indication was provided and a proven case was listed.
