摘要

初步探讨特发性癫痫的中医病因病机,提出以“伏气学说” 对本病进行指导分析及分期论治。认为特发性癫痫病因病机与伏邪相关,在发作期以疏肝理气祛痰开窍为主,缓解期当扶正祛邪,先安未受邪之地,谨防传变。

Abstract

In this paper we discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic epilepsy, and put forward differentiation and treatment on the theory of “Fu Qi”. We thought that there was relationship between the etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic epilepsy and Fuxie. In attack stage, soothing liver regulating qi, expelling phlegm and resurrecting were the primary method for this disease, and in remission stage we should pay more attention to promote the body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors. It is important to stabilize the unattached areas in case of spread and worsen.
