Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Cai’s tube-unblocking therapy and tubal liquid instillation in the treatment of tubal infertility  Methods:Seventy-three subjects were divided into two groups:control group in which 41 cases were treated by Cai’s tube-unblocking therapy, and treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by Cai’s tube-unblocking therapy and tubal liquid instillation, with a course of six menstrual cycles. The pregnancy rate and tubal condition were observed  Results:①The total effective rate was 90.24% in the control group and 100% in the treatment, with no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). ②The overall pregnancy rate was 36.59% in the control group and 37.5% in the treatment group, with no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). ③The three-month pregnancy rate was 26.67% in the control group and 66.67% in the treatment group, with higher rate in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). ④The tube-recovering rate was 38.00% in the control group and 70.27% in the treatment group, with higher rate in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05)  Conclusion:Combined Cai’s tube-unblocking therapy and tubal liquid instillation can increase the short-term pregnancy rate and tube-recovering rate in the treatment of tubal infertility.
