摘要

目的：观察射频消融术联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效方法：将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例；对照组给予射频消融术治疗,治疗组给予射频消融术联合中药熏蒸治疗,疗程4周结果：治疗组的优良率为92.5%,对照组为75.0%；治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组腰椎前屈力度均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),且治疗组的腰椎前屈力度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组JOA评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),VAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05)；治疗后两组JOA和VAS评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05) 结论：射频消融术联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症可改善临床症状和促进腰椎功能恢复。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of radiofrequency ablation combined with herbal fumigation for treatment of lumbar disc herniation Methods:80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were equally divided into treatment and control groups with 40 patients:the control group received radiofrequency ablation, and the treatment group received radiofrequency ablation combined with herbal fumigation, all treatment for 4 weeks Results:The excellent rates in the treatment group and the control group were 92.5% and 75.0% respectively so that the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The lumbar flexion strength of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment with statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the JOA scores were significantly higher than that before treatment, and VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment, and there were significant differences in comparison with before treatment (P<0.05), while the JOA and VAS score compared between the two groups after treatment were also statistically significant (P<0.05) Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation combined with herbal fumigation for lumbar disc herniation can promote the recovery of lumbar function.
