Objective:To observe the clinical effect of manual reduction combined “Lingxue Sanyu Decoction” orally and sitz bath in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids  Methods:120 patients with incarcerated hemorrhoid were randomly divided into three groups:combination group, control group 1 and control group 2,0 cases in each group. The combination group were treated by manual reduction combined “Lingxue Sanyu Decoction ”orally and sitz bath,control group 1 were treated by manual reduction combined “Lingxue Sanyu Decoction ” orally, control group 2 were treated by manual reduction combined “Lingxue Sanyu Decoction ” sitz bath. The treatment course of each group was 1 week. The clinical effect and the changes of primary clinical symptoms in all cases were observed and given safety evaluation after treatment  Results:①The final subjects was 110 patients, combination group of 37 cases, control group 1 of 37 cases, and control group 2 of 36 cases. ②The total effective rates was 100.00% in combination group, 83.78% in control group 1 and 88.89% in control group 2. Clinical curative effect comparison between combination group and control group 1, combination group and control group 2, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference between control group 1 compared with control group 2(P>0.05). ③After the treatment, the symptoms and signs scores were significantly lower in the combination group than that of control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05). ④The incidence of adverse reactions of each group, there was no statistically significant difference between all the groups(P>0.05)  Conclusion:Manual reduction combined “Lingxue Sanyu Decoction” orally and sitz bath for treatment of Incarcerated hemorrhoids was an effective therapy with TCM characteristics.
