This paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease proteinuria, put forward the occurrence of proteinuria may have originated from different theoretical explanation, such as the wind pathogen, dampness-heat, blood stasis of kidney, sinking of spleen-qi, failure to storage of kidney-qi. We emphasized that using clinical application promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treatment shall meet the relevant indications. We thought that the organic combination of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the pathogenesis can be helpful to receive the good clinical curative effect.
