摘要

综述近年来氨基酸对中药难溶性化合物(如甾体类、蒽醌类、挥发油、多酚类、生物碱类、黄酮类及三萜类等)化学结构的修饰作用,旨在为中药难溶性有效成分的临床合理应用提供依据。

Abstract

This paper reviews the recent studies of the effects on insoluble compounds of Chinese medicine such as steroids,anthraquinones,volatile oil,polyphenols,alkaloids,flavonoids and triterpenoids chemical structures which were modified by amino acids,so as to provide a strong basis for the clinical application of the insoluble active ingredients of materia medica.
