摘要

就近年针刺镇痛机制与体液调节相关研究进行综述。体液调节包括神经递质(5-羟色胺、八肽胆囊收缩素)调节和细胞信号(蛋白激酶、c-fos基因)调节,为针刺镇痛机制研究提供科学依据。

Abstract

This paper briefly reviews the humoral regulation mechanism of acupuncture analgesia in recent ten years, aims to provide scientific evidence of acupuncture analgesia mechanism. Humoral regulation includes neurotransmitter regulation (5-HT, CCK-8) and cell signal regulation (MAPK, c-fos).
