Clinical observation of “Yixin Decoction” combined conventional western medicine on the impact of inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with atrial fibrillation
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Yixin Decoction” combined conventional western medicine to treat Atrial Fibrillation Methods:72 patients diagnosed as atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into the control group and the test group, each group included 36 people. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the test group was treated with Western medicine and “Yixin Decoction”. After three months of treatment, observe the clinical efficacy and compare the changes of Echocardiography, the lever of Hs-CRP, TNF-α, NADPH oxidase and SOD in serum before and after treatment Results:①30 people in the test group and 31 people in the control group completed the study. ②The effective rate of the test group was 86.7%, and the control group was 58.1%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③The effective rate of TCM syndrome of the test group was 86.7% and the control group was 60.00%, and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05). ④The difference of the LVEDD between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the LVEDD of treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.05). ⑤Comparing the two groups after treatment, the difference of the lever of Hs-CRP, TNF-α, NADPH oxidase and SOD was statistically significant (P<0.05) Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of “Yixin Decoction” combined conventional western medicine to treat atrial fibrillation is significant. By reducing the level of inflammation and oxidative stress, “Yixin Decoction” can reverse myocardial remodeling in a certain extent.
