“Xiangsha Liujun Combined Nourishing Yin Decoction” for postprandial distress syndrome in 36 cases
Objective:To observe clinical effect of “Xiangsha Liujun Combined Nourishing Yin Decoction” in treating postprandial distress syndrome patients Methods:72 patients with postprandial discomfort comprehensive syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 in each group. The treatment group was treated with “Xiangsha Liujun Combined Nourishing Yin Decoction” and the control group was treated with Domperidone Tablets,14 days as a course for each group. The clinical efficacy and symptom score before and after treatment of the two groups were evaluated Results:① The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 94.4% and 69.4% respectively,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). ② After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05), while the scores of abdominal fullness and distention, diet reducing, belching and defecation inhabiting of the control group were significantly decreased(P<0.05) and there was no obvious changes in the scores of weakness and mouth dryness in the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion:“Xiangsha Liujun Combined Nourishing Yin Decoction” has good curative effect in treating postprandial distress syndrome.
