Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ye’s“Congrong Lianqiao Decoction”treating premature ejaculation  Methods:60 cases with premature ejaculation were randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Ye’s“Congrong Lianqiao Decoction”while control group was given “Jingshuibao Capsule”. The treatment course was 3 months. PEDT, mate satisfaction grade, T, PRL were observed.Results①After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,while the control group was 56.67%. A significant difference was observed between the two groups(P<0.05). ②Compared before and after treatment,the difference of PEDT score and mate satisfaction grade in both groups were significant(P<0.05). After the treatment,there was significant difference in PEDT score between the two groups(P<0.05)and the treatment group was better than the control gourp,while no significant difference in mate satisfaction grade between the two groups(P>0.05). ③After the treatment,there was no significant difference in T and PRL levels between the two groups(P>0.05)  Conclusion:Ye’s “Congrong Lianqiao Decoction”has curative effect on premature ejaculation. The mechanism maybe has no relationship with sex hormone regulating.
