The influence of “Shenkang Injection” on oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective:To explore the influence of renal function, oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines on old maintenance hemodialysis patients treated by “Shenkang Injection” Methods:88 elderly cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups equally. On the basis of conventional treatment, cases in control group were given pure blood dialysis, while patients in treatment group were treated by “Shenkang Injection”, and the course was 4 weeks. The patients’ renal function, oxidative stress and inflammatory factor indicators were tested and compared Results:①The levels of renal function indexes SCr, BUN, Ccr in treatment group after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment, and the difference of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05); ②The levels of stress reaction index MDA, SOD, T-AOC, GSH-Px in treatment group after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment, these differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); ③The levels of inflammatory factor CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α in treatment group after treatment were significantly reduced than before treatment and these differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) Conclusion:“Shenkang Injection” can improve elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal function, oxidative stress and inflammation.
