摘要

目的：评价悬吊式腹腔镜围手术期中医特色护理的临床效果方法：将符合行悬吊式腹腔镜手术的患者随机分为观察组与对照组；对照组于围手术期给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予中医特色护理。观察两组患者一般情况,记录出入院时间、平均病程,分析护理干预前后焦虑量表评分、住院满意度评分、出院心理评分情况结果：两组的平均年龄、体重指数(BMI)及临床病种分类、焦虑评分等基线资料比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。经护理干预后,观察组的焦虑评分较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组无明显改变(P>0.05),观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),满意度及心理状态评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：在妇科悬吊式腹腔镜手术围手术期给予中医特色护理可以改善患者术前焦虑症状、缩短住院时间、改善临床并发症状、提高患者住院满意度与出院心理状态评分。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM nursing in the perioperative period of suspension type Methods:The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional nursing. Observe the gernal situation of the patients of two groups, record the time and the average course of disease, analysis of the nursing intervention before and after the anxiety scale score, hospitalization satisfaction score, the score of hospital discharge Results:There was no significant difference in the mean age, body mass index (BMI) and clinical disease classification, anxiety score and other baseline data in the two groups (P> 0.05)；After nursing intervention, the anxiety score in the observation group was significantly decreased (P<0.05),while the control group had no significant change (P> 0.05), the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05)；the average length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05)； the satisfaction and psychological status were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) Conclusion:Perioperative nursing of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological laparoscopic operation can improve the symptoms of anxiety, shorten hospitalization time, improve clinical symptoms, improve patient satisfaction and psychological status of patients.
