摘要

随着郁证患者日益增多,中医需要进一步思考治疗策略。认为应以疏肝理气解郁、养心安神定志为主要治法,面对郁证患者临床表现具有多样性和广泛性的特点,辨证论治不可机械教条而应圆机活法。怪异症状是郁证临床表现的主要特点,在前人怪症从痰论治、从瘀论治的基础上,提出“怪症从郁论治”的观点；对于病郁同存者,强调病郁同治,同时结合心理情志疗法。

Abstract

With the increasing numbers of depressives,the therapeutic strategies should be taken into further consideration. Soothing the liver and regulating the flow of qi,as well as invigorating the heart to tranquilize mind should be regarded as the mai Methods:. Facing the depressives with various and universal manifestations,differentiation and diagnosis cannot be treated inflexibly but flexible. The weird symptoms are one of the main features of depression syndrome,we put forward the view of treating weird symptoms from the aspect of depression is on the basis of treating weird symptoms from the aspects of sputum and blood stasis. To the patients with the coexistence of diseases and depression syndrome,treating both diseases and depression should be emphasized, at the same time, psychotherapy should also be combined.
