Operative characteristics and analysis of kinematics and dynamics parameter of cervical traction manipulation
Objective:To describe the kinematics and dynamics parameters of cervical traction manipulation Objective:ly and provide the exact data for the regularity research of cervical massage manipulation Methods:A chief physician worked for more than 25 years of massage speciality acted as the performer and nine healthy volunteers were selected as the subjects. The performer applied cervical traction manipulation in the healthy volunteers and the kinematics and dynamics parameters of cervical traction manipulation were collected by motion-capture-system and force platform Results:In the course of cervical traction manipulation, the average stretching length of the cervical spine was (8.80±3.09) mm and the average stretching angle of the cervical spine was (16.67±6.61)°; the average pelma resultant force of the performer was increased (353.76±44.08) N and the average pelma resultant force of the subject was reduced (353.48±45.29) N Conclusion:Cervical traction manipulation has some regularity on the dynamics and kinematics parameters, and it provides the reference for the massage manipulation.
