摘要

综述黄芪及其衍生物治疗大鼠心力衰竭的作用机制。黄芪及其衍生物可通过“多途径、多靶点”治疗慢性心力衰竭,其作用机制主要表现在改善心功能、抑制心肌肥厚、改善能量代谢、抑制钙超载、抑制心力衰竭相关细胞因子、干预神经内分泌系统、降低氧自由基含量抑制等方面。

Abstract

This paper aims to comprehensively summarize the underlying mechanism of the biological treatment in rat model for heart failure by Astragalus mongholicus and derivates thereof. It is believed that Astragalus mongholicus and derivates thereof may treat chronic heart failure in rat model in a “multi-path and multi-target” way, and the action mechanism of which include improving heart function and energy metabolism, intervention in neuroendocrine system, inhibition calcium overloading, heart failure related cytokines and cardiac hypertrophy, decreasing oxygen-derived free radicals content and myocardial apoptosis, etc.
