摘要

结合古代典籍中的有关论述及现代文献报道,从玄府的概念、玄府的功能特性、玄府的实质、玄府密闭的病理、开通玄府治法及玄府理论的临床实践等方面,阐述玄府理论研究的价值和意义。认为玄府理论是中医学极具独创性的组成部分,表明中医学对于人体组织结构的认知达到了更深的层次,在指导临床诊治许多疑难杂病过程中可以发挥显著作用。

Abstract

This article tries to make a brief overview on the research and clinical application of Xuanfu medicine theory from the concept,function and essence of Xuanfu,the closed pathology and open treatment of Xuanfu and the practical meaning of Xuanfu theory by collecting ancient books and modern articles. Xuanfu medicine theory is a unique part of traditional Chinese medicine. Xuanfu medicine theory makes our understanding of the structure of body according to the T.C.M theory to a deeper level and plays a significant role in the guiding the diagnosis of many miscellaneous diseases in clinical practice.
