摘要

目的：研究苦参凝胶单次给药对大鼠的急性毒性方法：将20只雌性SD大鼠随机分为苦参凝胶组和基质组(每组10只),分别予苦参凝胶和基质阴道给药,每天2次,共给药1天。连续观察给药14天内大鼠一般情况、体质量、摄食量、体温等变化情况,及第15天阴道等组织器官的大体解剖结构结果：两组大鼠一般情况未见异常；两组大鼠体重、摄食量、体温等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组大鼠解剖后肉眼观察均未发现任何异常结论：苦参凝胶阴道用药安全性高。

Abstract

Objective:To study the acute toxicity of “Kushen Gel” on single dose in rats Methods:Twenty female SD rats were randomized into observation group and control group(10 rats in each group), and respectively given “Kushen Gel” and matrix via vagina, twice a day for one day. In the following 14 days, the general conditions, body weight, amount of foot intake and body temperature of the rats in the two groups were observed; and such organs as vagina were observed on the fifteenth day Results:The general conditions of the two groups were normal; the body weight, amount of foot intake and body temperature of the rats in the two groups were of no difference(P>0.05); no abnormal changes were found in internal organs Conclusion:Intravaginal administration of “Kushen Gel” is safe.
