摘要

目的：评价“社区脑梗死恢复期中医药治疗方案”的临床疗效方法：将64例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(33例)；对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,加用“社区脑梗死恢复期中医药治疗方案”(中药、针刺或穴位敷贴)。两组疗程均为1年,观察巴氏指数(BI)、改良Rankin量表、NIHSS量表积分变化情况结果：治疗前后组内比较,两组BI、改良Rankin、NIHSS积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间治疗前后积分差值比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论：“社区脑梗死恢复期中医药治疗方案”可有效改善患者的神经功能缺损程度,提高生活能力。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of “Community Cerebral Infarction in Convalescence treated with the therapy of TCM” Methods:Sixty-four cases of community cerebral infarction in convalescence were randomly divided in to observation group (31 cases) and control group (33 cases). Cases in the control group were treated with the usual treatment of western medicine while cases in the observation group were treated with “Community Cerebral Infarction in Convalescence treated with the therapy of TCM” (Chinese medicine, acupuncture or point sticking)on the base of the usual treatment. The course of the two groups was 1 year. BI, scores of modified Rankin scale and NIHSS scale were observed Results:Before and after the treatment, there were significant difference in BI, modified Rankin scale and NIHSS scale in each group(P<0.05); before and after the treatment, there were significant differences in BI, modified Rankin scale and NIHSS scale between the two groups(P<0.05) Conclusion:The “Community Cerebral Infarction in Convalescence treated with the therapy of TCM” can improve the neurological defects in ischemic stroke,and improve quality of life.
