摘要

目的：观察紫龙金片对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生活质量(QOL)的影响方法：将78例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌经同步放化疗后病情稳定者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各39例),分别给予紫龙金片和安慰剂维持治疗,疗程2个月。观察两组治疗前后临床症状和生活质量评分变化情况结果：治疗后治疗组神疲乏力等症状积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组躯体功能等生活质量评分较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：紫龙金片维持治疗能改善晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of “Zilongjin Tablets” on the quality of life in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) Methods:Seventy-eight subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group(39 cases in each group), and treated respectively by “Zilongjin Tablets” and placebo, with a course of two months. The scores of clinical symptoms and quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment Results:After treatment, in the treatment group the scores of such symptoms as fatigue were deceased in comparison with before treatment(P<0.05), with lower scores in the treatment than in the control group(P<0.05); the scores of quality of life such as somatic function were improved after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05), with more significant improvement in the treatment than in the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion:Maintenance treatment with “Zilongjin Tablets” can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in non-small cell lung cancer.
