摘要

目的：观察辨证配穴针刺治疗老年感音神经性耳鸣的临床疗效方法：将100例老年感音神经性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,治疗组予辨证配穴针刺。两组疗程均为6周,观察临床疗效,比较耳鸣程度评分、听阈及耳鸣响度的变化情况结果：①治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为92.00%和78.00%；组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组耳鸣程度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间治疗前后耳鸣程度评分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,在2 KHz、4 KHz频率下时,两组均出现一定程度的听力缺损,听阈水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间治疗后比较,听阈水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组听力缺损少于对照组。④治疗前后组内比较,两组耳鸣响度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间治疗前后耳鸣响度差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论：辨证配穴针刺治疗老年感音神经性耳鸣,疗效满意,可显著减轻耳鸣。

Abstract

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture in treating elderly sensorineural tinnitus Methods:100 cases of elderly sensorineural tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The medication group was treated with Flunarizine tablets, and the treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture. The course of each group was 6 weeks. The clinical effect was observed, and tinnitus score, hearing threshold, tinnitus loudness were investigated Results:①The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group was 92.00% and 78.00% respectively, with a significant difference in the effects between the two groups (P<0.05); ② Before and after the treatment, there was significant difference in tinnitus volumes in each group(P<0.05); before and after the treatment, there was significant difference in tinnitus volumes between the two groups (P<0.05). ③ There was a hearing impairment in tinnitus patients with 2K hz and 4K hz stimulating in each group before and after the treatment, and there was significant difference in hearing threshold (P<0.05); After the treatment, there was significant difference in hearing threshold between the two groups, and hearing impairment in treatment was shot than control group (P<0.05). ④ After the treatment, there was significant difference in tinnitus loudness between the two groups(P<0.05); before and after the treatment, there was significant difference in tinnitus loudness between the two groups(P<0.05 Conclusion:syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture in treating elderly sensorineural tinnitus can alleviateing tinnitus remarkably.
