摘要

目的：观察推拿手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效及其对颞下颌关节移动度的影响方法：将60例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者随机分为推拿手法治疗组(A组)和半导体激光治疗组(B组),每组30例；观察临床疗效、Fricton指数量表评分和颞下颌关节移动度变化结果：A组总有效率为93.33%,B组为70.00%；A组临床疗效优于B组(P<0.05)；治疗后两组Fricton指数均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且A组低于B组(P<0.05)；治疗后两组颞下颌关节移动度均较治疗前增加(P<0.01),且A组优于B组(P<0.05) 结论：推拿手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病可改善临床症状和关节功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of manipulation on temporomandibular disorders,and the range of temporomandibular joints’ motion on imageology Methods:60 patients are randomly divided into a manipulation group (Group A) and a semiconductor laser group (Group B) with 30 cases in each one then observe through therapeutic effects, Fricton’s Craniomandibular Index and the range of temporomandibular joints’motion Results:The total effective rate is 93.3% in Group A and 70.0% Group B. The therapeutic effect of Group A is better than Group B (P<0.05). Both Groups’ Fricton’s Craniomandibular Index numbers are lower after treatment (P<0.05), and Group A is lower than Group B (P<0.05). Both Groups’ range distance increase after treatment (P<0.05), and Group A is longer than Group B (P<0.05) Conclusion:Manipulation can improve the clinical symptoms of temporomandibular disorder and the function of temporomandibular joints.
