摘要

目的：观察低频电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效方法：将80例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为电针组和对照组(各40例),分别予以低频电针和双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,疗程28天。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和Lysholm膝关节评分量表法(LKSS)观察两组膝关节疼痛及功能改善情况结果：治疗后两组膝关节疼痛VAS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组LKSS评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：低频电针治疗膝骨关节炎可减轻疼痛和改善关节功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of low-frequency electro-acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis Methods:Eighty subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group (40 cases in each group), and treated respectively by low-frequency electro-acupuncture and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules, with a course of 28 days. The visual analogue scale(VAS) and the Lysholm knee scoring scale(LKSS) were used to observe the knee pain severity and function of knee joints Results:After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lowered(P<0.01), with lower scores in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05); the LKSS was increased in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.01), with high score in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion:Low-frequency electro-acupuncture is effective to relieve pain and improve joint function in knee osteoarthritis.
