摘要

探讨单纯郁证与病郁同存,因郁致病与因病致郁,显性郁证与隐性郁证,狭义郁证与广义郁证等多种郁证形态。单纯郁证为情志性功能性疾病；病郁同存指郁证与器质性疾病或中医病证同时存在,又可分因郁致病和因病致郁。显性郁证是指显现的七情变化所导致的临床容易辨认的郁证；隐性郁证指由并不显现的七情以及患者具有隐匿的郁证禀赋所导致的临床不易察觉的郁证。狭义郁证是指由情志不遂、气机郁滞病机所导致诸如脏躁、百合病、梅核气、失眠等单纯的、因郁所致的显性郁证；广义郁证除狭义郁证外,还包括病郁同存、因病致郁、隐性郁证等凡与情志不遂有关的疾病。探讨郁证的形态学,旨在更好地适应中医临床诊疗的需要。

Abstract

This paper discusses the depression syndrome with various forms,including single depression syndrome as well as the coexistence of diseases and depression syndrome,diseases induced by depression syndrome and depression syndrome induced by diseases,dominant depression syndrome and recessive depression syndrome,restricted depression syndrome and general depression syndrome. Single depression syndrome is a kind of emotional diseases with disorder of function. The coexistence of diseases and depression syndrome which means there are depression paralleling organic diseases and TCM diseases,and it can be divided into two parts,that is diseases induced by depression syndrome and depression syndrome induced by diseases. Dominant depression syndrome is induced by the seven outside emotions,which can be differentiated easily in clinics. Recessive depression syndrome is induced by the seven inside emotions in clinics,and the patients might be also specially gifted in the field of recessive depression syndrome. Restricted depression syndrome is a simple dominant depression syndrome induced by bad emotions and stagnation of qi,such as hysteria,lily disease,globus hystericus,and insomnia. General depression syndrome includes the coexistence of diseases and depression syndrome,depression syndrome induced by diseases,recessive depression syndrome,and all of the diseases related by bad emotions. Discussing the morphology of depression syndrome aims to meet the needs of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment better.
